Google Android:
Wow Factor

︎Role: Art Direction / Design
︎Year: 2024

I worked with the Google Android team to showcase their innovative "Circle to Search" feature, bringing it to life with celebrities using it effortlessly in their daily routines. The goal was to illustrate how seamlessly users can access search results from any app or video with just a quick gesture—making technology feel intuitive and natural.

As the art director and a design lead, my focus was guiding the animation team to craft something that felt precise yet lively. The challenge? The product was still evolving as we went along, so we had to stay flexible and iterate quickly. After multiple rounds of refinement and close collaboration with the Android team, we created a sleek, polished final result that captured the essence of the feature—effortless, efficient, and perfectly in sync with the users.

Key Moments
with UI

Here’s where the magic happens! These screenshots capture the seamless UI interactions in action, showing how effortlessly the "Circle to Search" feature integrates into the commercial. Each frame is a key moment where the user experience takes center stage, making tech feel intuitive, natural, and—dare I say—effortless.

One of my favorite moments in the spot was when Brent used social media as his entry point to access "Circle to Search." Instead of using a familiar platform like Instagram, we decided to get creative and design a fake social media interface. I took the reins on designing this custom UI, giving it just the right vibe to blend seamlessly into the world we were creating. This allowed us to keep the focus on the feature without any distractions, while still feeling totally authentic and user-friendly.

These moments, captured in the spot, really highlight the attention to detail we put into every part of the design—right down to the social media platform itself.
